Hotel Booking Cancellation: Made 15 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after 15 days or before 3 days will receive 50% refund and Cancellations made Within 72 hours will receive No Refund

Taxi Booking Cancellation: Made 15 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after 15 days or before 3 days will receive 50% refund and Cancellations made Within 72 hours will receive No Refund

Package Booking Cancellation: Made 15 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 15 days or before 3 days will receive 50% refund and Cancellations made Within 72 hours will receive No Refund

Facilities Booking Cancellation: Ropeway, Rooms, Dormitory, Attka Aarti, VIP Darshan, Darshan Slip, Bookings are Non-refundable.

Helicopter/Flight – Refund/Cancellation:

  1. If Customer cancels their Helicopter/Flight Tickets for Any reason – Any time before or same time of Journey No Refund shall be provided.
  2. If Helicopter/Flight Tickets are cancelled due to Rain, Landslide, Flood or Any Natural Disaster – Devotional Point never commits Full or Partial Refund to Customers Since all tickets are booked by our Agents.
  3. Once Helicopter/Flight are booked Date and Name cannot be changed.
  4. Once Helicopter/Flight are booked Date cannot be rescheduled.

Days Extend: Due to Natural disaster, Traffic Jam, or any other reason if Person/Group/Traveller is late by 1 day/Hours or more then for each extra day Person/Group/Traveller will have to pay extra for accommodation, Taxi and Food will be chargeable according to the package. 

Devotional point rights to cancel any booking under circumstances beyond our control. 

-> Check-in time is Between 11:00 Hrs.
-> Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
-> Early Check-In is subject to Availability.
-> Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property or Vehicle caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
