Facilities Booking Cancellation: Ropeway, Rooms, Dormitory, Attka Aarti, VIP Darshan, Darshan Slip, Bookings are Non-refundable.
Helicopter/Flight – Refund/Cancellation:
- If Customer cancels their Helicopter/Flight Tickets for Any reason – Any time before or same time of Journey No Refund shall be provided.
- If Helicopter/Flight Tickets are cancelled due to Rain, Landslide, Flood or Any Natural Disaster – Devotional Point never commits Full or Partial Refund to Customers Since all tickets are booked by our Agents.
- Once Helicopter/Flight are booked Date and Name cannot be changed.
- Once Helicopter/Flight are booked Date cannot be rescheduled.
Days Extend: Due to Natural disaster, Traffic Jam, or any other reason if Person/Group/Traveller is late by 1 day/Hours or more then for each extra day Person/Group/Traveller will have to pay extra for accommodation, Taxi and Food will be chargeable according to the package.
